2. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Windeltracker app, website, and related services by end users. Deviating terms apply only if we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

3. Description of services

Windeltracker supports the capture, organization, and analysis of baby and diaper data, inventory planning, price comparisons, deals, household features, and optional AI-assisted guidance.

4. Account and security

Some features can be used without an account. Synchronization and household features require an account with email sign-in and device binding. You are required to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us without undue delay of unauthorized access.

5. Household features and shared data

If you invite other people into your household or join a household, the data intended for that purpose is shared within that household. Invite only people to whom you want to grant access to that information.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the services only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Prohibited uses include, in particular, misuse, circumvention of security measures, automated attacks, unauthorized access, unlawful content, and any use that impairs the operation of the services.

7. AI notices

The AI feature is intended only for general information and everyday support. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care. Please verify important decisions on your own responsibility.

8. Availability and changes

We strive for the highest possible availability of the services. However, there is no entitlement to uninterrupted or permanent availability. We may further develop, adapt, restrict, or discontinue features if there is an objective reason to do so.

9. Prices, in-app purchases, and subscriptions

Core features are currently provided free of charge. If paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are offered in the future, processing will take place exclusively through the relevant store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Prices, management, cancellation, and refunds will then be governed by the terms of the respective store operator.

10. Intellectual property

All rights to the app, design, databases, content, texts, graphics, trademarks, and software remain with Vomia Labs or the respective rights holders. You receive only the simple, non-transferable right to use the services within the scope of these terms.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is mandatory under statutory law. In cases of slight negligence involving a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. In all other respects, liability is excluded.

13. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection rights of the country in which you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
